As Promised, Here are Wendy’s Lemon-Topped Cookies {recipe}
Wendy made these little babies as an experiment when she didn’t have any chocolate chips for her chocolate chip cookies. She excluded the chocolate chips, and added a little bit of lemon extract to make it taste lemon-y. Then she topped with a cream cheese frosting that she added lemon juice to. The conclusion? A yummy treat that became a family favorite. Here is the recipe below if you want to try them out!
